Associate Forward Deployed Engineer

You'll be embedded with client teams to deploy our AI and data products into their real environments. This is not a demo-and-hand-off role — you own the last mile: integration, configuration, debugging, and getting users to actually adopt what we ship. You'll work alongside a Senior FDE and the product team.

• Deploy and configure our AI/data platform in client environments (cloud, on-prem, or hybrid).

• Build integrations with client systems — data sources, auth (SSO/SAML), APIs, warehouses, vector stores.

• Write glue code, scripts, and small services (Python/TypeScript/SQL) to fit the product into the client's

workflow.

• Implement and tune LLM/RAG pipelines and agentic workflows against real client data.

• Run POCs, pilots, and workshops; translate requirements into technical tasks and working prototypes.

• Triage bugs and production issues; fix what you can, escalate the rest with a clean reproduction.

• Document deployments, prompts, evals, and runbooks.

• Feed patterns and gaps back to the product team.

• 1–3 years in software, data, or ML engineering.

• Solid Python and SQL; comfortable with at least one cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP).

• Hands-on experience building with LLMs — OpenAI/Anthropic/open-source models via API, prompt

design, structured outputs.

• Working knowledge of RAG — chunking, embeddings, vector DBs (pgvector, Pinecone, Weaviate, or

similar), retrieval evaluation.
