Role Summary:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications, APIs, and backend services using .NET technologies. Lead technical design, mentor team members, ensure secure and high-quality software delivery, and
collaborate with cross-functional teams to build enterprise healthcare solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications, REST APIs, and backend services using .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC and Entity Framework.
- Implement secure APIs using JWT, OAuth2 and industry security best practices.
- Perform technical design and architecture for new features and enhancements.
- Develop and deploy Azure Functions, App Services and other Azure PaaS services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the SDLC.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Write optimized SQL queries, stored procedures and perform database performance tuning.
- Follow SOLID principles, Dependency Injection and design patterns.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and production defects.
- Maintain technical documentation and development standards.
Required Skills/Experience:
- 6–14 years of experience in .NET application development.
- Strong expertise in .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework and REST APIs.
- Experience with JWT authentication and OAuth2.
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server, T-SQL and database design.
- Good understanding of SOLID principles, OOP and Dependency Injection (Microsoft DI/Autofac).
- Hands-on experience with Azure Services (Functions, App Services, Azure SQL, Blob Storage, Service Bus).
- Experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines is preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Leadership experience managing or mentoring a team of 4–5 developers.
- Strong communication, collaboration, estimation and problem-solving skills.
