Qualification: B Tech in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
Experience: 15-20 years
Responsibilities:
- B.E Electrical / Diploma in Electrical engineering/Instrumentation
- 10 + years of progressive experience in maintenance activity, preferable experienced in prepreg / Filament winding
- Conduct preventive & periodic maintenance activity.
- Maintain critical spares in stock
- Perform repairs and troubleshoot Mechanical, electrical systems to resolve breakdowns and malfunctions.
- Generate breakdown report & analysis of downtime.
- Exposure to Furnaces/Ovens/CNC Machines
- Minimize unplanned downtime.
- Effective documentation of maintenance activities including workorders, repair logs & equipment history cards
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practise, new technologies in plant maintenance to enhance efficiency and optimize equipment performance.
- Coordinate with cross functional team, external service providers and contractors for specialised repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, standards & personal protective equipment usage.
- Perform periodic calibration of the gauges and equipment & maintain corresponding documents.
- Willingness to learn and adopt to service customised machineries in the plant.
Skills Required:
- Strong technical know how on mechanical, electrical & instrumentation trade.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals.
- Time management
- Knowledge of safety regulation
