Java Developer (Microservices)

Experience Level: 4-6 years

Term: Full Time, Permanent

Location : Bangalore ( Work from Office)

Strong proficiency in Java (8+) and Spring Boot framework.

Experience with Kafka for distributed messaging and streaming.

Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases.

Solid understanding of Microservices architecture and RESTful API development.

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.

Familiarity with security best practices and performance tuning.

Develop, test, and deploy backend components and microservices using Java (Spring Boot).

Design scalable systems leveraging Apache Kafka for event-driven architecture.

Work with PostgreSQL for efficient and secure data storage and retrieval.

Collaborate with product owners, architects, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Ensure code quality, security, and performance through code reviews, unit testing, and best practices.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across development, staging, and production environments.

Contribute to continuous improvement of system design, development processes, and team collaboration.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

4–6 years of relevant backend development experience.

Experience working in the banking or FinTech domain is highly desirable.
