Project Manager - D365

• We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager with expertise in CRM and ERP technologies to lead end-to-end project delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in project planning, client communication, team management, and successful execution of multiple IT projects while ensuring quality and timely delivery.

• Manage end-to-end CRM and ERP implementation and development projects.

• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

• Lead cross-functional teams, including Developers, QA, Business Analysts, and Designers.

• Coordinate with clients to gather requirements and provide regular project updates.

• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery.

• Conduct project planning meetings, sprint reviews, and status meetings.

• Ensure project quality, documentation, and adherence to best practices.

• Resolve project issues and support the team in achieving project goals.

• Track project performance and maintain high customer satisfaction.

• 5+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager.

• Hands-on experience managing CRM and ERP projects.

• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.

• Excellent team management and leadership skills.

• Experience in client communication and stakeholder management.

• Strong project planning, risk management, and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Microsoft Project.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, SAP, Odoo, or other CRM/ERP platforms.

• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or Agile certification.

• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Knowledge of Power Platform is an added advantage.
